Things You Need to Know

I founded Craftique By Ro with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Rush Orders

I do offer Rush Orders, but there is a fee to rush your order. Please message me prior to paying for a rush or your rush will not be honored. Leaving a message in the notes with a date without contacting me prior will not change your shipping date.

Once I confirm I am able to accommodate the Rush Order please place the order and you MUST leave in the notes at check out the date we agreed upon for shipping and the date needed. I do not guarantee delivery dates but I can give you the date your item will ship.

Please keep in mind delivery services are having extreme delays which is out of my control. Once I ship there is nothing I can do.

I can't ship earlier or change the shipping method after your order is placed.

Custom and personalized Orders

Please leave the personalization information at checkout. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE after the order is place. Please check your notes prior to checking out. This is to avoid errors being made.

If you do not leave the personalization information, your order will not include the personalization.

I love making new items from Tutu sets to bling shoes. I also offer custom tees for adults. Please message me with any request and I will do my best to accommodate the request.

Sizing details

​

Converse Shoes - All shoes are the Converse brand. To be sure about the size I suggest visiting a store and trying a pair on. Shoes only come in whole sizes. I have been told they run big but I can't say for sure.

If the wrong size is ordered, I don't not offer a refund or exchange because all items are custom made/designed.

UPDATES/ How is my order coming along

Once your order is placed, I am unable to provide updates and progress pictures. I have done this in the past and it causes so many delays on orders. If you need to make a change on a none rush order, please message me within 48 hours.

There are no changes to Rush orders.

Returns and Exchanges

I do not offer any returns or exchanges. All items are custom made. I will not except a return or refund due to USPS, UPS and FedEx not delivering accordingly.
